There used to be four pavilions on the site between the Trade Center and GREEN. They were dismantled to erect a modern multifunctional building. The construction of the facility is almost completed.

The total area of the building is 700 sq. m. It is assumed that it will house shops, office space. There will also be a place for a catering point. The opening date is not yet known.
