According to the updated legislation, citizens can get a personal appointment with officials until 20 pm

The dialogue between the authorities and the population is greatly simplified by the updated Directive No. 2 on de-bureaucratization of the work of state structures with citizens and business entities, which was approved by President Alexander Lukashenko by signing Decree No. 172.

The innovations of Directive No. 2 primarily affected the most sensitive area – work with citizens’ appeals. The updated version clarifies the procedure for the personal reception of citizens and business entities.

Recall that earlier receptions were held exclusively from 8:00 to 13:00. Then not every citizen working until five or six in the evening could personally address an official with his problem in the first half of the day.

Now the time has been revised in favor of the population: from 8:00 to 13:00 or from 15:00 to 20:00. At the same time, at least once a month, a personal reception should end no earlier than eight o’clock in the evening.

Today, August 23, until 20.00, you can apply for a personal reception with the deputy chairman of the city executive committee Valery Valentinovich Babitsky.

And on September 20, until 20.00, it will be possible to apply personally to the chairman Dmitry Vasilyevich Zablotsky.
