The information and propaganda campaign “Children in the spotlight!” has been launched

On August 21, the information and propaganda campaign “Children in the spotlight!” was launched in the republic! and it will last until September 15th. The purpose of the action is to draw public attention to the problem of child death and injury from fires as a result of leaving them unattended.
The first stage will be held from 21 to 31 August. The target audience with which the propagandists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will actively work will be parents, and the places for “communication” with them will be trading platforms. For example, in departments with children’s clothing in large shopping centers and other trade facilities, sets of children’s combat clothing for a rescuer will appear on mannequins or hangers. Fire extinguishers and stand-alone fire detectors in the stationery departments. All paraphernalia will be accompanied by an information label with the appropriate slogan “For children left without supervision.” As experts, it will be possible to meet propagandists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who will tell about the rules of safe behavior, help to acquire not only school supplies, but also an invaluable store of knowledge. As a pleasant bonus, everyone will be given bright brochures, booklets, memos and “Advice from the Ministry of Emergency Situations to parents and children.”
The second stage will last from 1 to 15 September. The venues for the events will be educational institutions, as well as places of mass stay of people. At schools, children will take part in thematic “Safety Lessons” and receive visual and visual products, watch educational films, teachers will receive fire safety briefings, and parents will meet for preventive talks and watching thematic videos from rescuers. Real holidays with interactive activity zones will be held in places of mass stay of people. Each participant will memorize 5 important steps on the way to salvation, learn how to use a fire extinguisher, learn first aid algorithms, test their knowledge in thematic tests, pass a safety exam and much more.
Join the campaign and make your children’s childhood happy and safe!
