Alexander Lukashenko said that he has a number of proposals in this regard. “I think that you will bring my proposals to the government, your parliament and, above all, President of Brazil Lula da Silva. He especially emphasized the importance of the current meeting both for Belarus and Brazil.

Brazil is traditionally included in the top 10 trade partners of Belarus. In 2022, the trade turnover amounted to more than $358 million, with a positive balance for Belarus of almost $150 million. And in January-June of this year alone, the volume of bilateral trade has already amounted to $393.4 million. The main position of Belarusian exports is traditionally potash fertilizers.
